TANA members:

We have 2 CRNA Students who are from hard hit areas in the Philippines that were devastated by Typhoon Haiyan. This includes Tacloban City, where our TASNA Representative to the TANA Board, Ian Bicol, is from.

Ian will be leaving for Tacloban City to help with the relief efforts on December 13 where he will spend his J-term volunteering with the Red Cross. Please click  here to read, in Ian’s words, about the devastation to his hometown including an update on his family. If you are interested, click here to make a donation and support the victims of Typhoon Haiyan.

Most of all, Ian is asking for us to please pray for his safe travels and for the people of the Philippines. He will update us when he returns in mid-January.
